Refund Policy

In the event that Downeast Windjammer Cruise Lines cancels the trip for any reason, guests will be offered a choice of a reschedule date or a full refund.

Otherwise, to request a refund, 24 hours notice is required, as well as a Refund Request Form to be submitted along with the return of tickets (if tickets have been received and not on a  ‘will call’ basis.)

All advance refund requests (not due to a cancellation by Downeast Windjammer Cruise Lines) will be handled through our Cherryfield office (207-546-2927).

For groups and charters, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required.

There will be a 10% processing fee applied to all Refund Requests (other than a cancellation by Downeast Windjammer Cruise Lines).

NOTE: All reservations cancelled within 24 hours or 2 weeks for groups and charters of the scheduled trip will be forfeited.

NOTE: All reservations within 24 hours of the scheduled trip CANNOT be rescheduled.
